I have not seen movies last few months, but now again I started watching movies. Here I listed some of the movies watched last month. Check it .

Its a Wonderful Life (1946) :

Genre: Drama

A very beautiful must watch movie for everyone. Good Screenplay, Good acting, Good music etc. This movie has all good things but the bad thing is its  in black & white .  I think there was a coloured version of this movie also released later. After watching this movie,  I would also like to see my world without my existence. A very good performance by James stewart. I highly recommending this movie to all.

2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) :

Genre: Sci-fi

This great movie from the world greatest director “Stanley Kubrick”. He is the only director directed best movies in all genres. In this movie, Stanley kubrick directed the best sci-fi movie ever.  This movie is truly a visual treat. Space, Shuttle, Future all are well shown. This is truly a masterpiece, but I cant get the ending of the movie. Maybe if  I watch this movie again, I can get it .  I liked the “Dawn of the men” concept, its so realistic in the movie. The people who love cinema and who loves creativity watch this movie, others are please keep away from it because it has slow screenplay.

The Green Mile (1999) :

Genre: Drama

I dont know how to describe about this great movie. Its  really a fantastic one. Everyone should watch this movie. Eventhough tom hanks was there, the gigantic guy (Michael Clarke Duncan) stole the show.  Its a one of the best fantasy drama ever.

The Others (2001) :

Genre: Thriller

Wow.. What a movie!  From start to end, It thrilled me. This movie has many twists. I had not seen any ghost in this movie but I scared. I like the twist in the climax, It was awesome. Nicole kidman and 2 kids acted very well.  A very good thriller movie.

Identity (2003):

Genre: Thriller

I liked this movie very much. The thrill starts from the beginning of the movie itself. The plot is about “ten different people getting killed one by one in the motel on a rainy night”. I guessed who will be the killer, but my guesses are got failed at end. This movie has very good end.  I liked the “heavy rain in the motel” through out the movie, It makes me chill and thrill . If you watch this movie, you wont get disappointment.

Vacancy (2007) :

Genre: Thriller

Good time pass thriller. Worth a watch it for once. Its an usual thriller and dont expect twist and good scenes in this movie.

Red Eye (2005) :

Genre: Thriller

Good thriller movie.  Rachel Mcadams is damn beautiful and she acted well too. Good time pass movie.

3-Iron (2004) - Korean:

Genre: Drama

Amazing movie with very different screenplay.  Hero and Heroine loving each other without speaking a word. The emotions, love, sentiment between the hero and heroine is well executed in this movie. Every cinema lovers should  watch this movie.

Raizing Arizona (1987) :

Genre: Comedy

A good time pass movie. Nice to see the smart young Nicolas cage in this movie.  This movie is directed by coen brothers. Worth a watch.

Sleepless in Seattle (1993) :

Genre: Romance, Comedy

I loved this movie because of my favorite actress Meg ryan. She is very young and beautiful in this movie.  Tom hanks and meg ryan chemistry is worked out perfectly. A very good romantic comedy movie.

Notting Hill (1999) :

Genre: Romance, Comedy

A good entertaining romantic comedy. The plot is interesting one. The plot is about a famous actress who loving a ordinary guy who working in a book store.  Julia roberts looks beautiful and Hugh grant did his work good. Worth a watch.

Knight and Day (2010) :

Genre: Action

Time waste and Money waste. A very usual action movie from Tom cruise. I have expected lot but got disappointment. The only good thing is cameron diaz acting.

The Karate Kid (2010) :

Genre: Action

Again a usual old story with a new actors. You cant find any good interesting scenes. I think Jaden smith has a good future. He acted well. I dont like to see the old looking jackie chan. Come on jackie, want to see your action scenes in big screen soon. Kids are liked this movie and its the successful of this movie.

I heard that remaking a movie is a very tough one. Only few film makers are succeeded in remaking movies. In Tamil, a director named “M. Raja” directed 4 movies as of now. All are remade of telugu successful movies and it got succeeded in Tamil too. Recently he completed directing a movie “Thilalangadi”  and its also a remake of telugu successful movie “Kick”. I have watched the movie “Kick” before. So I am expecting to see the movie “Thilalangadi”.

But 2 days before, I watched the movie trailer of  ”Thilalangadi”. Its looks same like kick movie. But this copy cat “M.Raja” , not only copied the movie, he copied the trailer also. (aiyo.. aiyo).  Locations, Dress colors, dialogues are all completely same. Why this director dont have a single idea of his own. I know its very difficult to remaking a movie, but the director should made different atleast in trailer. I have never seen frame by frame copy of trailer. Please checkout the 2 movies trailer and try to find out the differences.

I would like to share one more funny incident which happened 2 weeks ago. I was very busy with my work that evening. That time, I needed the hard copy so I clicked ‘print option’ on my system and went near the Printer to collect the printout. Suddenly a cute girl walked towards me and asked  “Can you please take a Photocopy for my ID card?”(showing her ID card to me).  I was stunned and started thinking “why was she asking a Photocopy of her ID card using the Printer” and I replied “Hey Its a Printer!”.  She was disappointed and left the place with a sad face :(. After that I came to know that she was a new employess in our office.

Up until now I  am still wondering that why she asked me to take Photocopy using the printer. So I told about this incident to my colleagues and asked them the reason of the incident.

One of my colleague told “She wanted  to tell you something with, that is why she approached you and started telling something unrelated”

Somebody told me this, “Maybe She thought you are a Xerox taking boy”(lol)

Somebody told me also that, “Maybe she was trying to make fun of you”

I am not still  able to find out the reason. Hey readers, Can anyone tell me “What would be the possible reasons for that unforgettable incident?”

Annie Hall(1977):

Genre: Drama, Comedy

Best Romantic comedy movie ever. The movie has a simple story with awesome screenplay. I loved this movie very much. From the beginning to end, the way of screenplay  is completely different and very interesting. I can say the best part of the film is “Dialogue”.  The Dialogue which I liked is “Even as a kid, I went for the wrong women. I think that’s my problem. When my mother took me to see Snow White. Everyone fell in love with Snow White, and I fell for the wicked queen.”  I like the actress Diane Keaton, She looks beautiful and acts well. Woody Allen’s acting performance and the director’s touch makes this movie  a great masterpiece.

A Little Romance(1979):

Genre: Drama, Comedy

A cute love story of two kids. The main reason for watched this movie to see the young Diane Lane. :).  She is very cute and beautiful. The Great legend “Laurence Olivier” acted in it.  This movie is just a one time watch. I cant find any impressive things in this movie.

Accepted(2006):

Genre: Comedy

If you are feeling bad and needs a good laugh, just watch this movie. This is really a funny one. A very good entertainment, one can enjoy much while watching. Plus it has a good ending.  Never mind the logic, just laugh your heart out.

The Hurt Locker(2009):

Genre: Action, War

The story is about the problems that challenges the Army Bomb Squad Unit in Iraq. The story feaures a realistic situation of Iraq during the Gulf War. Hurt Locker captures the emotions of the Iraqi people and the army troops who are caught into the conflict. Everytime the heroes attempt to diffuse the bomb, my heart beats pounds hard. It is one of the most realistic movie I have ever seen. This movie surely deserves 6 Oscars!

2012(2009):

Genre: Adventure

Good one. Visual effects were awesome. I was stunned watching the movie. It always scare me that the world would come to an end. This movie gave me all the goosebumps of fear. The story was similar to “Day after Tomorrow” and were both high on graphics.

Final Destination 4(2009):

Genre: Horror

Not bad. Its better than 3rd part of Final Destination. I like the climax of the movie(Theater scene). Watch it for 3D effects.

Love, Sex Aur Dhoka (2010) - Hindi:

Genre: Drama

Indian cinema always welcome newbies and innovations in film-making. This movie is an example of which. The entire movie was taken using handy cams - a documentary type of film (sounds interesting, right?) The movie is about 3 true-to-life stories. The stories even made it to the newspaper headlines. The most interesting thing is that the 3 stories are interwoven together that it made the movie whole. Diabkar Banerjee proved that he is a great actor for Indian cinema. His last 2 movies grabbed National Awards. I believe this movie will also win a National Award. A must-watch movie for film lovers!

Vinnai thandi Varuvaya(2010) - Tamil:

Genre: Romance, Drama

Hey Folks! Count the number of realistic movies in Tamil Cinema and you will get very less in number. Add this movie in the Most Romantic Films’ list. This is an awesome romantic Tamil movie i have ever seen. Simbhu and Trisha chemistry works so perfectly. Simbhu is like a living character and  Trisha looks very pretty and perfectly suits the “Jessy” character.  I liked all the characters  in this movie.  Technical side is commendable.  The cinematography is world-class. One of the best parts is that A.R. Rahman did  the music scores. Songs and background music are amazing! A.R. Rahman rocks! I appreciate Gautam Menon for creating this lovable movie. I saw in him “Karthick.”
